Summer Beauty Must-Haves

Good morning and Happy Monday! I hope you girls had a wonderful weekend. I can't even believe that we are over the halfway mark through May and summer is just weeks away from us. Who else can't wait for beach days and vacations!?! I'm teaming up with Nordstrom Beauty today to share all of my favorite summer products that give off that summer glow we all want and love.

When it comes to makeup, I'm usually not the person to spend a ton on products. As I get older, I realize it's so important to take care of your skin! I've found that the saying "you get what you pay for" is 100% true when it comes to something you're putting on your skin. I've tried products after products and while I do love a good drugstore find, the products I'm sharing with you girls today are ones you can't replace!

Here are the products that I've tried for a bit now and have been loving!

1. Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum - If you have been following along for a while, you girls know that I swear by this serum! I use it everyday before putting my makeup on as a primer and it's everything it's cracked up to be. It smooths out your skin while shrinking your pores and leaves your complexion an all around even color. I have red skin and this helps take most of the redness away!

2. MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation (SPF 15) - So a little fact about me, I'm actually allergic to any SPF above 15 (an added ingredient to help block the sun gives me hives and does the opposite - attracts the sun!) so when I found this foundation and it only had 15 in it, I was thrilled! I have a moderately oily face and this foundation stays. all. day. long. I'm always flipping back and forth from foundations to try and find one that works well with my skin type but I've found myself going back to this one everyday - it's full coverage but doesn't leave your face 'cakey' or feeling like you have too much on, if that makes sense.

3. Tom Ford Small Bronzing Powder - I have been dying to try out this bronzer but never wanted to take the plunge! After hearing my girlfriend, Courtney Shields (BYOB blogger!), rave about this product - I knew I had to give it a try. I would definitely say this is a 'investment' beauty product and I  only bought the smaller version to make sure I loved it before snagging the large version but the verdict is... it's amazing. Everything that I have heard about this bronzer is true. It melts into your skin (no patches!) and just blends with your foundation. I don't need to use a lot everyday since a little goes a long way. I'll be investing in the larger size one the small one runs out! **I have the shade "Gold Dust".

4. Charlotte Tilbury Bigger Brighter Eyes Palette (Limited Edition) - I have a love for eyeshadow palettes, especially ones with neutral colors like this! The color I have is "Transformeyes" and I absolutely love all of the colors in this. The red shade comes off as a more neutral tone on the skin so don't let that part of the palette throw you off! My mom had no idea that it was the palette I was wearing shown here. The colors blend together so beautifully.

5. MAC Satin Lipstick in "Brave" - This has been one of my go-to colors & lipsticks for years. It's just one of those nude but pink toned lip colors you can count on everyday!

6. Buxom Full On Lip-Cream - I either wear this over top of my lipsticks or by itself. More so in the summertime when I'm by the pool or just running errands, I'll throw on this gloss and my fave shade is the "Pink Lady". It's a perfect shade of pink! I also love the shade "White Russian" which looks great overtop of lipstick since it's more of a sheen color.

I've been wearing this ruffled sleeve top on major repeat for the past two weeks now and can't even help myself! The pink I'm wearing here is a new addition that I had to have after wearing my white one waaaay too much, lol. It's less than $30 and just a great basic to have for summer! I sized up one size for a looser, more relaxed fit. This pink headband has also been a go-to of mine and I love how it gives the illusion that I have a head wrap piece on and tied into a knot. Also less than $30 and comes in three colors total!

Also, if there is a sandal you are looking for this summer... let it be the Miller Sandal! These are the most comfortable pair of sandals that I own and nothing ever beats them. I have both colors "Makeup" (which I'm wearing here!) and "Vintage Vachetta".  xo

*Thank you, Nordstrom, for sponsoring todays post! As always, all opinions are my own.
